Delivery delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, regulatory actions, or other events beyond our control.

3. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ice Drippin shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

4. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Where a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to customer-related reasons, actual logistics and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
