RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide high-quality men’s jewelry and accessories. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, pouches, boxes, and accessories.
• The item must not show signs of misuse, alteration, tampering, scratching, or damage after delivery.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

To verify claims, Ice Drippin may request:

• Unboxing video
• Product photographs
• Product videos
• Order details

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or prevent claim verification.

Upon successful verification, Ice Drippin may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, accidental purchase, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons may be accepted at our discretion subject to inspection.

For approved customer-initiated returns, the following may be deducted from the refund amount:

• Actual shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Packaging and handling charges
• Payment gateway transaction charges where applicable

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or clearance products
• Gift cards
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, improper care, chemicals, perfumes, or unauthorized modifications

5. RETURN APPROVAL

All returns require prior approval from Ice Drippin.

Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are typically initiated within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

The actual time required for the amount to reflect depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION

Ice Drippin reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or unsupported by reasonable evidence.
